ABOUT ME
I am a mother, caretaker, and love giver to my lovely gang of (four) little ones. I am an engineer by training, a leader by heart and a coach by calling.
Over the past 15+ years, I've held executive roles in the aviation and aerospace sector, leading international teams, shaping future-ready strategy, and driving large-scale transformation across complex, high-stakes environments. Those roles taught me the art of navigating uncertainty, and the importance of aligning vision with action.
Alongside this journey, I pursued a Master's degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching (MA), deepening my understanding of what truly enables people and organisations to flourish. I became passionate about the intersection between clarity and meaning, between performance and presence.
Today, I bring these two worlds together through SANOPAZ - combining the rigor of strategic thinking with the humanity of coaching. My work supports senior leaders and teams in unlocking clarity, strengthening self-leadership, and building cultures where people don't just survive - they flourish. Not theoretically. In practice.
